Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 3 business days to acknowledge that you like to return or exchange your UNUSED products. All hair extensions are final sale and no refund will be given for those items sold.

To process a return or exchange on applicable products an original receipt or email confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges. Please email return request to couturebeautycollection@gmail.com Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus shipping charges. Once a refund is granted, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
